Project 1

Module 1

Below is my attempts in recreating the select primivative object in C4D, containing 3-4 images of the select object and a screenshot of the attempts I made in C4D.

Activity 1

Shot of the battery from a Up-right position Shot of the battery from a horizontal position Shot of the battery from a Up-side-down position Perspective shot at an angle of the battery The battery object done in C4D (Screenshot), basic first attempt using simple shapes Front shot of the tomato Top of the tomato in a side position The tomato in a angled shot of the top facing front Side shot of the tomato Second project attempt in C4D of the tomato using basic shapes, with attemptsd in using complex modiying on the top park of the tomato Cup in the up-right position, capturing the inner space at a elevated position Bottom profile of the cup, the object is places Up-side-down Perspective shot of the cup, handle by surface The cup of the first shot flip to show the other side My first sttempt of what I thought would be simple, however encountered challenges with boolean difference, spline to 3D conversion, and bevel smoothening complexities. I wanted to share my challenge and the error as a good attempt for project 2 Side shot of a crisp apple front shot of the apple displaying the naturally offset top center (stem) Top view of the apple Bottom-side view of the uderside. Showing the apples bottom profile and center My current best attempt on rendering and re-creating the natural profile of the apple. Orange in a horizontal position Front shot of the orange top shot of the orange showcasing its stem Shot of the orange and the object's bottom My first attempt in rendering, could not find the exact color and had some challenges with the stem area. The final showcases my best effort of recreating the orange in C4D

Activity 2

REDONE Battery front view/shot REDONE Battery horizontal view/shot REDONE Battery Up-side-down view/shot REDONE Battery angled shot RE-RENDERING of the battery, wanted to practice rendering before proceeding Front shot of the coffee cup up-close Front shot of the coffee cup up-close, showing the back view Top view of the cup, specifically the lid area Another front view nother rotated shot of the cup/side Design Final Render of the coffee cup, the Second Cup label design was difficult to locate so I used a generic texture Front view of my sister's coffee mug, with the handle on its side Side profile of the mug shown in front, handle centered Fliped orientation of the front view, showcasing the other side Top view of the mug's inside section Rendered model from C4D attempt Front view of my sister's coffee mug, with the handle on its side Side profile of the mug shown in front, handle centered Fliped orientation of the front view, showcasing the other side Top view of the mug's inside section Rendered model from C4D attempt Front view of my old workout timer Side view of the timer, displaying the areas the stand out and protrude Backside of the timer Top view of the timer Rendered model from C4D with slight variation in attempt to replicate the original object

Material Workshop 1

This piece was located in th AA building, a showcase piece of a glass colored vase <a href='https://www.youtube.com/embed/tgbNymZ7vqY' target='_blank'><p>Project Video Link</p></a> Another piece from the AA building a a piece made with rough glass <div class='container'><iframe class='responsive-iframe' src='https://www.youtube.com/embed/tgbNymZ7vqY'></iframe></div> A sculpture piece incorporating multiple simples shapes made into a showcase object

Final Project 1 Design

Physical Published 3D Printed Model

Stand PLA Print of the Timer, the object printed in comparison is quite different due to some guess work being required, as well as trying new tools suchs as arrays, boolean, and rendering complexities. The object was altered significantly compared to Activity 2 inital modelling

3D PRINTED TIMER <div class='container'><iframe class='responsive-iframe' src='https://hudak.phoenix.sheridanc.on.ca/P1Stuff/Index.html'></iframe></div>

Digital Published Google Model Viewer Design of PRINT

The printed object viewed on GoogleModelViewer with colors/texture experimentation

Digital Published Google Model Viewer Design 2 - COFFEE CUP

Coffee cup model in Google Model Viewer, played with mimicing the color of the Second Cup Coffee. The issues of double textures was encountered with a semi-transparent texture on top of the actual colored cup surface

Digital Published Google Model Viewer Design 3 - HEADPHONES

Headphones from Acitivity 2 were experiemented initally to gain understanding of how UV lighting, texture load-in, and reflections were processed

Digital Published Google Model Viewer Design 4 - APPLE

Apple object done with Activity 1, texure was decently applied however had a misalignment with the end points of the wrap
